📌 While Starting a New habit or Starting any task, Our Brain sometimes tricks us to think about "The Enormity" of the task and distracts from Performing the task itself... 😏


📌 For an Example, while Starting to read on a new day, we tend to think "How huge the chapter is?" or "Am I going to Finish it on time?" Orr "Why have I wasted my time yesterday and not started reading?" etc...

📌 The "2 Minute Rule" focusses on Beating 👊 the "Starting Trouble" & Reducing Procrastination... 😊


📌 This rule emphasizes on Creating a Mini "2 Minute Version" of a task to get ourselves started and the Rest will Follow... 


📌 For examples, 


👉 2 Minute task for Reading can be "Arranging your Desk & Opening a Book to Read" Or "Planting a Tree on Forest App"... 😍


👉 I usually Read on a Folding Table, so for mine the "2 minute Task" before studying is just unfolding the Table & Plant a Tree 🌱 on Forest App & it gives an energy to Start Reading... 😌


👉 2 Minute Version of Starting a New habit of Writing can be "Writing 1 page daily"... 


👉 For a habit of Jogging it can be "just putting on Jogging Shoes"... 


👉 For learning to play Guitar 🎸 it can be just "Showing up in the Class" etc...
